n52 turbo

SINCE I already know you guys are a bunch of trolls. And are going to hate anyway, ill start off by asking has anyone actually ever bought this?

Also, I did do a search on this already so dont troll me about going to search it cuz i already did. And everyone was just trolling about it and there were no REAL answers.

So if I could get a real answer about this turbo kit, thatd be nice. Thank you =)

So... a 06 330i with 255hp will see 355hp to 405 hp?

that's my problem with this kit, and of course reliability.

it also says like a hundred times in that description "4 Door" "E90" and your signature says E92...

Good way to start a positive thread, I'm sure you'll get a lot of people just lining up to help you.

No, I personally have never see or heard of one being done.

But it is missing 2 major parts and it states that in the ad. but idk. prob isnt legit.

"This comes with most of the parts you need to turbo charge your BMW E90 6-cylinder except for the Turbo manifold and downpipe ."

So yeah.....

The amount of tuning and fuel management required to get it to run as well as a manufacturer turbo will cost more than a trade in.
I don't think anyone has done this yet.

Good luck, and if you do it, make a thread about it .

The reason it's cheap it's made in china or Taiwan and has no tune. So you can buy it and then spend the other 3k having someone make you a tune that can run it and install it. And that's if the turbo runs long enough to get a tune set up on it. Lol

This isn't even a turbo kit. EVERYTHING in it is completely generic off the shelf items. You could buy this for a civic or lexus or anything else in the world. It is missing the two items that make a turbo kit specific to a vehicle:
"This comes with most of the parts you need to turbo charge your BMW E90 6-cylinder except for the Turbo manifold and downpipe ."

The manifold and downpipe are the two key components of any turbo kit. And the two that cost the most to fabricate for a specific car. The turbo, FMIC, Blow Off valve, boost controller, pipping, and couplers are 100% generic!!! And that is all this kit is selling. So pretty much the seller has done absolutely nothing BMW E90 specific. Simply picked parts off ebay and put it in a package.
You would need to fab a turbo manifold, downpipe, and pipping. Then figure out tunning. This would cost you a lot.

That's correct... it's a scam and nothing else.

1000 for a turbo charger seems kind of low. The real question is: is it legit and if it is whats the gains? My answer: Probably not
try a supercharger or upgrade cars (dont mean to troll)

+1 to the go away from the kit comments, its not exactly a good thing that all of these parts could be picked off of a lexus or honda. If it doesn't come with basics such as ecu tuning or manifold, expect the kit to blow your motor thru the hood. I've done research as this as well and I mean if we can just get 2 td04s and 335 dp and what not for under 1k possibly with a turbo manifold from hpf or something else, id rather build my own and at leastb this way it'd be a more surefire way than possibly loosing 1k to some random "no street cred'd" company. Yes its cheap but id rather build my own. Not to mention you'd have to fabircate a lot of parts from your own wallet such as headers, oil cooling systems, wiring, temp management, etc. Just hope this helps, and fck the people that say "just get a 335", maybe we don't wanna get a whole new car without knowing true background. At least this way, if you make your own and have sucess, you can sell your ideas and blue prints to other major companies! And not to mention you'd be loved around the n52 world

It really is. You can read up all you want about how to please a woman, you can look at all the diagrams in the world, but just like the clitoris, you won't know what the hell an apex is before you actually find it.

All of these turbo threads and not one person has ever pointed out that remote turbo would be the cheaper and easier to do then a traditional turbo system.

because 99% of the people here don't even know what a remote turbo system is, or looks like.

either way, those eBay kits are junk. if you want to do this, put together your own kit with quality parts.
