2011 328I with N52 High fuel pressure after shut down

Recently got my N52 running. Had to do new Vanos gears and timing chain. I had not ran this car prior due to the possibility of the timing jumping and trashing engine.
I'm having an issue with after running the car for a little while it then wont start back up. doing fuel pressure diag i found the fuel rail pressure will climb excessively up to 150psi and more. If i bleed off the pressure it starts right up. I've replaced the Fuel pump and FPR in the tank thinking its possibly an issue with a return valve or check valve.
Some what new to the BMW platform so just curious if anyone else has had a similar issue with their N51 or N52. No codes are present at this moment.
