Update,
Warmish day, dry roads so took the Z out for a spin, so nice to drive it again! Started the car, the amber brake light and amber triangle are lit, a few hundred yards down the road they both disappear from the dash, a few hundred yards more and they both appear again and stay on. After ten miles I bring the car home, turn it off and disconnect the battery. Half an hour later reconnect the battery, start the car, amber brake and triangle are lit, a few hundred yards down the road they disappear and do not come back on for the rest of the drive! However, sporadically through out the last drive the amber triangle would flicker on occasionally, not stay on for even a second just flicker a bit every now and then, sort of like a lose wire I'm happy they are gone but there is still something there that needs a tweak, The steering angle has corrected its self as well. So the answer to these problems appears to be just the ECU relearning the base settings as a few of you have mentioned. I have a buddy who is a INSTA+ wizard coming over with his laptop in the next few weeks and we are going to have a look at every system to make sure all is kosher before I install the Severn tune. Hopefully he can program out the codes for the missing front O2 sensors and secondary air pump. Thank you for all the help guys, it's appreciated.

He won't be able to program out the codes for the missing front O2 sensors and secondary air pump, you have to ask Severn to include it in the tune.

Your DSC module might be on its way out. Those symptoms sound similar to mine when my DSC module died. The light finally stayed on all the time. I sent the DSC to Module Masters. That was 4 years ago. So far so good.

Update, so the dreaded amber BRAKE light and the DSC triangle light are back on all the time now and DSC button doesn't work, I'm thinking I might have to pull the DSC module and send it out for rebuilding.
The only other thing I haven't tried is replacing the ABS sensors on all four corners, I hesitate because visually they are in perfect condition same as the pad wear sensors that I replaced with new and didn't help at all. If I do remove the electronic DSC module can I still drive the car?

Check your codes. Module Masters...says: Known issues we fix: Low voltage faults Code 24048 (5DF0) Code 24049 (5DF1) Power supply to pump motor faults Pump motor fault https://modulemaster.com/products/bm...0e-abs-rebuild They did a great (and fast) rebuild for me. |

It is an easy procedure to remove the module and they have quick turn around. Mine was back in and working within a week.
