How to know if the 3 stage manifold is from an N52 or N53?

There are 2 listings but they look a bit different, both claim N53 but yeah I'm not sure. No picture of the sticker either.

I want the N53 one for my 325i N53. Could someone advise me on which one is the correct one?

They are both N53 manifolds. One is just without the EGR nonsense included. If same price get the one with the nonsense included.

The N52 3SIM doesn't even have that flange..
