Because they delete the bad ones.

They have been ignoring my emails for over a month regarding a return.

Highly recommend purchasing elsewhere.

If anyone is facing this issue, I had success emailing them from an alternate email account asking a generic question. They replied right away somehow, then I replied giving them the information about the return and suddenly they are available to help. . .

Well that didn't last long, I was told the reason the return is taking so long is because of a bolt that I returned with it.

A single bolt being "stripped" (which I highly doubt) is apparently the reason this return has taken over 6 weeks.

Interesting that they would even take that into consideration considering the reason I am returning it in the first place is because I was told by Hugo that they forgot to send me washers, and the inlet wouldn't fit correctly. He never offered to send the missing hardware, or offered any kind of help, and that's not the kind of company I want to buy parts from, so I sent it back for a refund.

Once the new customer service agent 'Cheryl' gave me those details, she transferred back to Hugo, and now it's been another week with no answers to my emails.

Charge it back on your CC. More and more companies are becoming like this with zero phone support, poor AI or bot assisted chats, and zero regard for customer satisfaction. Almost all reviews are fake nowadays, although VRSF products are pretty good.

seller website review is always based on a services that the owner can control reviews.

this is not new, this is internet.

I leaved few review on those similar platform and yes they edit review. In my case was 4 stars/5, they leave the 4 stars and they remove totally the ''cons'' section.
If I post 1 star, the review will never go online...

Ended up giving bad review on google stating they edit their review.


Good review or constructive reviews is a huge business help, amazon is based on that. Some people living to write fake reviews.

bought a charge pipe and overnight shipping. it costed me 71 dollars and they never specified that i needed a signature. i need my part today and fed ex took it back because they said i needed a signature which also didn’t specify. i checked the website order, my email confirmation, and fed ex all before my package arrived and nothing was said about any type of signature. Now i paid 70 dollars for no reason and my product is coming late. i will never order from this company again and i suggest if u do never to buy their fast shipping its a straight scam. i contacted them and asked for a refund on the shipping and they told me no because they said they told me i needed a signature in my emails. i rechecked those emails 3 times and couldn’t find the spot where they told me “i needed a signature” i have photo proof and still tried to get a refund and still no response or anything back from the company. now im forced to not have a car for the weekend and have to wait until monday to get my product and then fix my car. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL BY THEM AND SUGGEST NO ONE ORDERS HERE. As for me i’m already done with this company unless they wanna refund my 70 dollar shipping.
