No, actually the 354 paint match code is pretty much the same color. I have 354 touch up paint by scratches happen and it is quite a close match. The real issue in matching is the continuous metallic flake distribution in factory paint is much more even. Paint codes don't work as huge variation, it depends on the persons ability to weight up values to mix 354. Some other places use computers to do all the mixing on 354 which has specific values to reach 354.

This is using rustoleum silver paint (7715 aluminum) to touch up some rust chipped spot on the roof. Its really quite a beautiful paint.

You can see the flake is a different size but fairly close. If need be, spray it onto a test surface and compare though I doubt that will be very close to 354.

I did this with some rustoelum titainum silver and that paints flake is wayy too big.

Found Krylon fusion Matte Glacier Gray is basically perfect match for paint inside the wheels.
