I am definitely seeing it too. Sometimes very slow, sometimes it times out.
Started over the last few days and is intermittent.
One thing I can say, is it may be network related. Doing a continuous ping results in packet loss. The problem is highly unlikely to be on my end. I'm on symmetrical 2Gb fiber at home, and everything else is fine:
